At Flor Fina, our culinary team has prepared a family-style feast inspired by the warmth of Southern hospitality, the richness of Latin flavors, and the simple joy of sharing a beautiful meal with the people who matter most.
Join us on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day as we transform our dining room into a festive haven, glowing with candlelight, humming with connection, and filled with aromas that call you home.
The evening begins with warm house bread and whipped Calabrian chili butter, followed by a bright ditalini salad layered with Tuscan kale, heirloom tomato, goat cheese, and lemon truffle vinaigrette. A comforting Christmas seafood stew, brimming with shrimp, mussels, clams, bay scallops, Yukon potatoes, and caldo verde, sets the tone for what’s to come.
The family-style main feast is generous and indulgent: roasted chateaubriand finished with boursin cream and porto reduction, smoked brown sugar and pineapple porchetta with clove chimichurri, and a decadent crab and lobster “casino” bake with herbed breadcrumbs and blood orange béchamel. Seasonal sides round out the table, from whipped manchego potatoes and sweet potato & green bean casserole with toasted meringue and caramelized pecans, to chicken chorizo spoon bread and parmesan stewed greens with ham hock and chili flake.
Dessert arrives as a festive spread: Black Forest chocolate cake, eggnog cheesecake, and apple cranberry crumble tartlets.
